Coming Together, Sharing Traditions
For an illuminating taste this holiday season, we turned to our long-time partners at METAD in Gedeb, Ethiopia. Since 2014, we’ve counted on METAD for highly traceable and staggeringly delicious single origins. Using traditional natural processing—a custom originating from the region centuries ago—the Adinew family crafted a bright and fruity coffee that begs to be shared in times of joy.
